The Yoga of Kashmir Shaivism

One technique from the Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra, taught properly. The Sanskrit, what the verse actually instructs, and how to sit with it tonight.

The text records one hundred and twelve meditation techniques. Most schools teach none of them. This is one, in full, at no cost.

Forty minutes. Watch whenever you like, from anywhere.

The Vijnana Bhairava Tantra

What is in it

01

The verse

Read in Sanskrit, then in English, with the words that do not translate cleanly explained rather than smoothed over.

02

What it actually instructs

Most English renderings of this text are vague. The commentarial tradition is not. We follow the commentary.

03

How to practise it

Posture, duration, what to expect and what not to expect. Enough to begin the same evening.

04

Where it sits

How this one technique relates to the other hundred and eleven, and why the order matters.
