What we teach, and where it comes from.

Kundalin teaches the kundalini tradition as it is set out in the classical sources of Kashmir, not the modern system taught internationally under a similar name.

Three things run through every programme at every level. Asana to build a body that can sit. Pranayama to work with breath directly. And concentration practice drawn from the Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra, a Kashmir Shaiva text of one hundred and twelve meditation techniques.

We tell you which text each practice comes from, and we teach them in the order the sources give.

Who teaches

Every programme is taught by named faculty. Anatomy and specialist textual sessions are taught by invited teachers, published with each cohort.

We admit by application.

Every programme is capped at twelve and every place is decided by application. Before we offer you one we will have a short call to understand what your practice looks like now and what you want from it.

That call is not a sales conversation. It is how we make sure the programme fits, and it is why we sometimes tell people to start somewhere else.

1

You apply

An online form covering your practice history, what you want from the programme, and a health screening. Around ten minutes to fill in.

2

We call

Twenty minutes on the phone within three working days. We ask what your practice looks like now and what you want from it, and you ask us anything.

3

We decide

If it fits, we send confirmed dates and payment details. If it does not, we tell you which programme does, or that now is not the time.
